Use of the service

You are responsible for your account and for complying with all applicable laws.

Sending to residents

You may only add residents you have a lawful basis to contact, and only send them notices relevant to their property. You are responsible for the content of the messages you send. Opt-outs are honoured automatically and cannot be reversed by you.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing is shown on our pricing page.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
